Staff Analysis of the Legislation
This legislation creates a 10% add on to fines for violation of operating a boat under the influence of drugs or alcohol, reckless driving, operating a motorcycle without a helmet or illegally parking in a space reserved for persons with disabilities if approved by the voters.  The funds generated would go into the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund.
